This rugged Dark Brown Resin Molded Umbrella Base features an easy-fill spout and locking screw-on cap that allows weighting with up to 50 lbs. of sand. Crafted of molded resin with stainless steel hardware, this purpose-built stand delivers unsurpassed durability.
All bases and base stands are individually boxed, unweighted, and available in five colors. Fully weighted, these bases offer slightly over 50 lbs. of heavy holding force for any umbrella. Each model features a locking screw-on cap to hold the sand weight inside it's durable molded resin body. This feature enables dealers or consumers to purchase sand for weighting at their local home stores and easily fill the bases with sand themselves to reduce shipping costs. All stainless steel hardware. Molded resin umbrella base stand has stainless steel hardware. For use with freestanding umbrellas with up to a 1 7/8" dia. pole. This umbrella base works great! We needed something that could hold down our umbrella during gusty Colorado winds and this one definitely does the job! Though it may not be the prettiest base out there, I will take function over appearance! Make sure you have a funnel to use when filling it with sand.
